How do I get started with Ask Expert?
Sign up for a free account, connect your Slack workspace, and configure your team of experts. Your AI agents can then start asking questions via our MCP integration.
What integrations do you support?
Our primary integration is via MCP (Model Context Protocol), which works with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and other MCP-compatible AI tools. We also integrate with Slack for expert notifications.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption for all data. Expert responses and knowledge are stored securely and only accessible to your organization.
How do experts receive questions?
Experts receive questions via Slack with clear context about what the AI agent needs. They can respond directly in Slack, and their answers are routed back to the agent in real time.
What happens if an expert doesn't respond?
You can configure timeout settings and fallback experts. The system will escalate to backup experts or notify you if questions go unanswered beyond your configured threshold.
Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?
